Our Mission:
At Essentially Mended, we believe every young woman deserves to know her identity in Christ, walk in wholeness, and live with purpose. Through mentorship, resources, and community, we are helping hearts become mended by the truth of God’s Word. Together, we’re raising up a generation of healed, whole, and heaven-minded young women. Taylor has mentored me for almost a decade. I can’t imagine who I would be right now without Taylor’s mentorship. One word to describe her mentoring is intentional. Taylor will seek you out and drop anything and everything to make sure you are ok. She has walked with me through some of the darkest times in my life, and instead of judging me and telling me what I am doing wrong, she instead prays with me, loves on me, and hears me out. I am stronger because of Taylor. I am confident because of Taylor. I love people more because of Taylor. I believe in myself because of Taylor and because God placed her in my life. She never let a day go by without telling me that she believes in me and that she sees greatness in me. God has placed such a genuine and loving anointing on her, and He is using her to help women become who they were created to be. I’m thankful for her and who she is in Christ. She is one of my best friends and sisters. Taylor will fight for you and with you. I am forever changed because she said “Yes” to the calling on her life.
I struggle with anxiety and making friends but going to EM has helped me to build a community and make friends with girls who have the same faith as me.
"I have loved finding community of like minded girls and the Lord has shown me beauty through the girls and their lives. Seeing people from all different walks, ages etc pursue the Lord at different stages of their spiritual walk has been great for me and my walk with Christ! I've been able to minister to others and be Ministered to by peers which is great because it's a true community of believers not just a speaker and listeners. This is what I’ve been looking for!"
My favorite thing is when you do your Bible studies! My testimony is that EM opened me up to new challenges and helped get over my social anxiety. I also met a lot of really cool people.

My heart has always burned for the girl who’s felt unseen, uncertain, or unworthy. That’s why I started Essentially Mended—to remind women of who they are in Christ and walk with them as they becomes whole, healed, and free.
